For those of you who have your own Pick'N'Place (Neoden mostly), here are some things that I have done to push it beyond what the factory gives you! Some ganged feeder blocks and some cut tape rails!

Hi! I am an Electrical Engineer/Entrepreneur with my own electronics Pick'N'Place machine, a Neoden T245P. The basic package that came with the machine was great but I needed more and waiting for China to send me stuff was expensive and time consuming so I started designing things that would be useful to me, and now could be useful to you!
Components come packaged in a variety of ways, but I focus on mostly on Cut Tape and reels. Cut tape is challenging to work with on any low volume/proto type placement machine so I created some holders for them.
Since my designs often required more of a particular type of component than was supported by the basic package of feeders, I created my own feeder blocks.
