U have not modeled tongues for the film buckles: the originals seem to have simply used heavy wire, so that's what I used with mine. https://www.alleycatscratch.com/lotr/Human/Faramir/FRanger.htm I've heard from another costumer who used the "Aragorn quiver buckle" that coat hanger wire hammered flat worked well for his purposes. An alternate source might be brass rod from a hobby shop. I do hope this helps!
