Thank you for developing a replacement as I have tried epoxying the original and reinforcing with fiberglass however within a few weeks that snapped as well. The best solution is a single piece replacement, its great to be able to solve a problem like this with 3D printing. I have since ordered your replacement thank you for your cooperation!

fbutkovich I am interested in purchasing these I think it's great what you've done considering this is a very common problem on the klipsch mode and status. I would like to know however, how less tight around the skull are these compared to the original? I understand you have re-designed the curve however I was pleased with the existing squeeze pressure. Is it a significant difference? or just slight? Will the earcups still create a good seal around the ear?
