chuckcxr @decepticonarmies It appears you got a flawed print. That is something you will have to contact shapeways about, they printed it for you not me. We have printed many of these and shapeways has printed many of these for other customers. they fit just fine. The most modification you should have to to do is to shave down the hull bolts that are in the way. Which should take you less than a minute and anyone should be able to handle. I would email shapeways right away and let them know that the part didn't come out properly. They are typically pretty good about replacing misprints.
