Federal Heavy Cruiser

The Federal Heavy Cruiser is a somewhat sturdy ship in Federation Navy terms, with heavy armaments and defenses, and strong legs. Like its smaller cousin, the heavy cruiser suffers from a power deficiency which means it can be fast or well defended or dangerous, but not all three things at once.
