This is the small inspection pod from "Star Trek:Enterprise". The design does resemble the cockpit of Zefram Cochrane's "Phoenix" from "Star Trek: First Contact" for a reason. This way the real live mock-up and the cockpit set could be re-used. There is no official size, but this can be estimated pretty good, due to the fact that the docking ring at the aft needs to be about the same as other docking ports which all have an inner diameter of approx. 2m. This brings this to a length of about 4.4m. The very same length as the Travel Pod from "The Motion Picture". This makes sense if we assume that the Travel Pod is a newer vehicle, replacing the older Inspection pods from Enterprise. During the transition, both vehicles were used simultaneously for sure, and the new one had to fit into the same (existing) storage space onboard starships and space stations as the old one.
