The full scale rotor would be 122 meters in diameter, which is less than the largest Ferris Wheels on Earth by a good margin. The rotor would accommodate up to 64 SpaceX starships, although this model is intended for conceptualization only. The actual Starships would be greater than 9 meters in diameter, because they would be equipped with air foils and landing legs.
