Windmill 3 - Windmill 8-TopWingArm 3-WingGrip

This is a specially designed part for my Windmill project.
The part is meant to be 3D printed, e.g. in the „Strong & Flexible“ plastic material by Shapeways.com.

Montage:

- A ball bearing (21 mm outside diameter, 10 mm inside dia, 5 mm high) goes on the top end.
  The top end with the ball bearing will then be inserted into „Windmill 8-TopWingArm 1/2-Half“
  and fixed with „Windmill 7-BotWingArm 4-InnerScrew“.

- Insert 6 mm board (e.g. balsa wood) between the two jaws.
  Fix with 4 screws (3.0 by 16 mm). These screws will slide through the bigger holes
  on the one side, but catch on the smaller holes on the other side.
