Tatra K5AR is derivate of third generation of PCC trams produced in Czechoslovakia between 1970 and 1973.
It was based od articulated tram Tatra K2, but unlike K2, K5AR is bi-directional tram specially developed for the city Cairo (Egypt), for that 200 units were made in to series.
