Product Description
This is my version of a soil stabilizer/reclaimer...or as I like to call em, asphalt eater. The wheels will turn and rotate, and the drump assembly can raise or lower, provided you test fit the plug into the bottom of the main body to make it tight to stay up, but loose enough to be able to move it.
