3788 Scale Frax Submarine Missile Cruiser MGL

The Frax are a simulator empire used to train officers of the Klingon Deep Space Fleet to handle unexpected enemies. Based on old wet-navy concepts, the weapons are disposed in turrets with Forward eXpanded and Rear eXpanded firing arcs (hence the name “Frax”). The Submarine Missile Cruiser was a large submarine armed with a considerable number of drones. While it only had one major volley of missiles, these were enough to overwhelm the intended target: enemy battle stations and border bases. Never really intended to be an independent warship, it makes for an interesting duel opponent.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. (Transparent acrylic makes an excellent cloaked ship!) Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
