Product Description
I present my simple pen cap, designed to fit Stepanid's Pen Lux; a recently completed Kickstarter campaign. The pen did not come with any sort of protection for the writing tip, so I had a go at using 3D printing to come up with a solution.
This model is only suitable for printing in plastic, as the slight flexibility of the plastic is needed for the cap to engage positively with the pen. This cap will only work as intended with the Type 2 pen, the one with the rippled body surface, as the cap uses the ripples for positive location of the cap's side indents. Due to variations in the machining process of the pens themselves, I cannot guarantee that the fit of the cap onto the pen will be perfect. However the version I received works fine.
