Product Description
These are not two oversized Hershey Kisses. They are interlocked Klein Bottles produced using additive manufacturing. The Klein Bottle, defined by Felix Klein in 1882, is an interesting mathematical form. It is said to be 4-Dimensional and also to be a surface without end. Building one with 3D-printing is the best way to come close to creating a true Klein Bottle. In 1992 Jeff Konopacki used stereolithography to grow the first Klein bottle at Milwaukee School of Engineering. At that time the Encyclopedia Britannica stated that it was an impossible shape to produce and would never be produced. AM enables many amazing and impossible shapes to become reality. HARMONY is written in Japanese. “Harmony is found when egos are practical, expectations are realistic, communication is effective, and forgiveness is practiced”
