**PLEASE READ ALL NOTES ABOUT THE INSTALLATION**
This is a replacement tray for the center console of 1998 to 2002 Camaros and Firebirds. It fills the accessory tray and makes it suitable for a cover plate to be installed for switches and buttons (fan, nitrous, purge, line lock, etc.). Unlike other accessory panels, this is not glued on, or stuck on with double stick tape. This locks into place and a removeable cover plate can be attached over this insert. This allows for returning the vehicle to stock with out damage to the console and easier access to the wiring to the switches that can go onto the panel.
**The faceplate that covers this is sold separately. One will need to be purchased as well.
There is no mark-up on the pricing of this item since it is still an "in-work" design. I would like some feedback from someone who purchases one so I can ensure it truly requires no modification to the car's console (I went ahead and trimmed mine).
Fasteners sold separately (~.120" dia (5-40) x 3/8" long) **
