Product Description
This is a replacement B-C AND D Deck for the Polar Lights 1:1000 scale USS Enterprise Refit model. The design is based upon the early Richard Taylor design for Star Trek: The Motion Picture and was used in early promotional shots. The B-C Deck was revised before actual filming began on the movie.
IMPORTANT: This file is B-C-D Deck ONLY and is intended to be used along with the Taylor Bridge for B-C Deck also available here on Shapeways. The D Deck is included in this version to make it easier for some modelers to remove the larger circular part of the saucer (D Deck) surrounding the B-C Deck rather than only removing the B-C Deck on the Refit saucer. The replacement part can be secured with strip styrene from below. NOTE: This piece is intentionally oversized and will need cutting down to ensure a smooth fit.
