A friend of mine wanted to propose to his girlfriend, and had fallen in love with the ring Nenya from Lord Of The Rings, the design of that was just a little too heavy for the lucky girl. So we remixed it and made a lighter version. I made a test print at home to make sure it worked on the hand and was comfortable.

Then we send it off to Shapeways to be made in 14k white gold. I then took it to a jeweler to get a moissanite fitted and we had the perfect ring


And she said yes!
