Product Description
This pendant is inspired by the trilobite Dicranurus, one of the most spectacularly spinose trilobite species. A member of the order Odontopleurida, it lived in shallow seas from the late Cambrian period to the late Devonian period. Studded with threatening curved spines, this species was well-defended against predators.
The Dicranurus pendant is 3 cm (1.2 inches) long and 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide including spines. The bail to hold the chain is hidden behind the cephalon (head) of the trilobite.
If you would like to purchase a chain along with this pendant, please click on the "ADD A CHAIN" button below the material dropdown. The internal measurement of the bail loop of the pendant is 2.2 mm wide by 5.4 mm long.
