The tenor pan is also called the lead or soprano pan. It is the highest pitched pan in the steelband and usually carries the melody. It is a single pan played by one person. The tenor pans or frontline pans consist of the high tenor (soprano), low tenor and double tenor. The low tenor carries the most notes of any single pan.
This medium (34mm) “damntingself” design pendant is most representative of the actual instrument and features a skirt, full concave face, accurately placed convex notes and includes sticks (mallets). It can be complemented by earrings in the “damntingself” or “surface” designs. Also available in large (44mm).
