O14 Hudson Rugga skip, complete.
Although the wheels may turn, I can't vouch for them holding the rails well. The model is intended mainly as a scenic item for the end of a siding or discarded next to the line.
The body, stanchions and chassis are connected by 4 small tabs that need cutting and filing flush. The stanchions then need gluing to the ends of the chassis and the body will either balance or glue in place, either tipped or level.
