Designed for my upcoming Flight Mod -Mod these new wheels have thin spokes to easily facilitate 'in wheel' light rigs.
You could drill out the aluminium wheel but that’s a lot of effort and it would be hard to maximise the space while maintaining strength. Also as these wheels are plastic they will produce less stress on the standard flight mod hinges (there has been snapage!)
While they were designed my new rig that will allow them to slide and rotate accurately they will also work fine with the standard suspension supplied with the kit.
All you will need to add are rings of 1mm plasticard glued to the brake discs and painted to act as a paint blocker/LED mount .
