Product Description
This is a sixty-three-sided die (d63) made by truncating a sphere with 63 equally-sized landing positions. The design is based on the solution to the Thomson problem and has three-fold dihedral symmetry. The twenty-one groups of three numbers at 120 degrees sum to 96.
For ease of recognition, the dice in this series are by default only available in full color, with base color according to the last digit of the highest number (3 = safety orange). Other colors may be requested.

"Katrina Shveta" - Personal association with the feminine given name Katrina with the number 63, in relation to Katrina being unusable due to the hurricane with the same name and that I consider 63 unlucky; "Shveta" derives from that there were 63 teachers of Shiva in Hinduism, the earliest development where Rudra-Shiva is raised to a supreme being is from the Shvetashvatara Upanishad
