Product Description
You need these Handels to create a small Bolt-Cutter Instrument; (Colour gray)
Please separate the two parts from each other.
This hack is a self-centering small bolt cutter for the precise cutting of very thin but hardened wire. The bolt cutter does not bend the wire but cuts it cleanly. Commercially available scissors are easily damaged and often bend the wire instead of cutting it. Wires bent at the end can hardly be threaded through the fine cannulas.
You will also need the following replacement parts from Leatherman: Ersatzdrahtschneider | Leatherman
For this hack You need a self-locking Nut M3, a Screw M3, 12 mm, a Washer 3,2 x 7 mm, a Nib from a ballpoint pen (ca. 4,5 x 25-30 mm) and and some light-curing Composite to fix the nut in place too. These parts are not included.
You might want to use the loop holders too. If you do not order the loop holder, please hang a paper clip in the needle-wire loop combination. This prevents the wire loop from being drawn into the cannula due to the required wire tension during assembly on the handle.
