916sr - 1/24 scale slot car chassis kit:

* Accepts most 1/24 scale LMP, GT1, GTP, Touring Car and NASCAR bodies

* The bare PA2200 plastic chassis weighs in at under 22 grams (polished white material)
* Easy to assembly and tune for changing track conditions
* Built-in chassis tuning features:

Hardware required to complete chassis assembly:
(available from most commercial slot car tracks/retailers)
1. (2) .050” dia. x 3.250” stainless steel pin tubing
2. (2) .050” dia. x 1.000” stainless steel pin tubing
3. (2) .047” dia x 3.100” piano wire (optional "torsion bar" tuning feature)
4. Metric screws (Mcmaster-Carr is a good source for these items):
   a. (2) m2 x 6 - socket head cap screw
   b. (2) m2 x 16 - socket head cap screw
   c. (6) m2 x 4 - flat head cap screw
   d. (3) m2 x 6 - flat head cap screw


Components required to complete your spec racer:
(available from most commercial slot car tracks/retailers)
1. (1) guide flag, 10-32 nut and shims as required for your track conditions
2. (1 pair) braid
3. (1) 18 gauge lead wire with guide clips
4. (2) 3/32” x 3/16” flanged bearing recommended, can be substituted for a bronze oilite of the same size. (4) if a 3/32" front axle is used
5. (1) 1/16" or 3/32” front axle depending on your choice of front wheel
6. (1) 3/32” rear axle
7. 3/32” axle spacers as needed (dependent on choice of tire/rim and desired overall car width)
8. (1 pair) 3/4” .750” diameter rear tires for 3/32” axle (if additional track clearance is required use a .790" rear tire)
9. (1 pair) 1/2” .500” diameter front tires for either 1/16" or 3/32” axle
10. “Mini motor" of choice (ie. pro/slot ps-4001 & ps-4002 motor family and the jk-products "hawk" line of motors)
11. 48 pitch pinion and crown gear, 26-28 tooth crown is preferred. final drive ratio will be dependent on motor and track conditions
12. Lexan body of choice. most 1/24 scale 4.0” wheelbase “scale” type (non "wing-car") bodies will fit
