Parasite airsoft shotgun

This is the Parasite air soft shotgun, which attaches to the side, top, or bottom of a larger host. It is a single-shot shotgun that uses PPS (or similar) (NOT Goblin) gas shells, and attaches to a standard picatinny rail. Reloads are quick and easy.

Other than the four printed parts, the only other parts necessary are 1) a spring, although 4 ballpoint pen springs will do if needed, and 2) a pair of 6mm diameter x 2mm magnets.  The magnets are to help keep the Parasite closed, but I don't have them in mine and it functions fine without them.

To assemble, rotate the body onto the mount and put the small tab in the slot. Slide the mount onto the picatinny rail where it will live. Insert the firing pin spring(s) and button and push in as you slide the rear plate over them down towards the rail. The rear plate locks the firing pin button in place and also locks the mount onto the rail.

NOTE: Do NOT attempt to load real shotgun shells into this as it probably won't fire, and if it does it is likely to cause serious personal injury or death. Don't even try it.

Another NOTE: The attached photos are of a Parasite that I printed at home. The Shapeways version will have a more "professional" look.
