Product Description

This pair of nose cones is designed to replicate the air dam often seen on the front of dry vans, chip trailers, etc to help with wind resistance and increase fuel economy. The sprue rod in the middle can be cut so as to use for additional support and a gluing point on the front of a trailer, or can be removed entirely, and gluing the edges to the trailer. The sprue rod however will help avoid getting glue where it can be seen on the mating edges of trailer/nose cone. Yes, only one should be used per trailer, but economically it's better to print two than one for the client! I strongly suggest a light sanding across the leading edges before painting to take off any sharp corners.
