2500 Newport class

This is a listing for a 1/2500 scale Federation Newport class heavy cruiser. Built on unfinished Intrepid class hulls, they have been refitted with larger, more powerful warp engines and fielded as line ships due to the threat of the Dominion and the Cardassians. These types of starships are slightly smaller than an Intrepid but are 30% more powerful and can reach maximum warp speeds of 9.978 for 5 hours. They are also heavily armed with 12 phaser strips and 6 torpedo launchers (4 fore and 2 aft). This model is one I created using 3D Studio Max and Spin3D.
