The Prometheus Class had the unique ability to split into three independent sections during a battle. This is called the multi-vector assault mode (MVAM). Each of these sections is fully warp-capable and is heavily armed with phasers and photon torpedoes. This way, it is able to successfully engage much larger and more powerful ships, like the Romulan D'deridex Warbird. Eaglemoss has released this ship with a length of 126m given in the magazine. This is much too small. At this size, large parts of the ship wouldn't be inhabitable due to the space used by the docking mechanisms and the fact that some space is occupied by the ship's hull on the inside. Rick Sternbach said in an interview the ship is about 1360 feet (~415m) long. A size also used by the effects company. At this size the decks would be a bit tall, if we look at the window rows on the outside, as also the deck count on the MSD. The latter rather indicates a length of something around 380m. But for now, i will stick to the size given by Rick Sternbach.
This File contains only a combined ship. In my shop you can also find a file with the three individual sections, when the ship splits during the multi-vector assault mode.
