This is the Nausicaan Raider from the episode "ENT: Fortunate Son". The exact same model was also used briefly in the later episode "Bound " as some sort of science vessel of "unknown configuration". Without the antennas and the weapon turrets on the underside it was also used as a Xindi Patrol Ship in two other episodes.
