Available in 2 materials
White Strong Flexible. Cheaper, but more work to finish. Very gritty and sandy. Need to seal with super thin super glue, then sand, putty, primer, sand, putty, primer, then paint.
Acylic Plastic is more expensive but easier to finish.
Resin parts available someday (and cheaper) but if you want it now, you can print it at anytime.
