A three-dimensional version of the Tree of Life in colored sandstone, as described in the Kaballah. The colors are from "The Golden Dawn" by Israel Regardie.
As far as I know, there is no official way to project the Tree of Life into three dimensions. I chose a four-fold rotational symmetry, colored so that you will perceive the standard Queen-scale colors from either side. This sculpture is the same height as my other Tree of Life sculptures: about 10cm (4 inches).
High-definition full-color (HDFC) and
Full color nylon (MJF) are two different forms of plastic; I suggest you click on the links to get an idea of the difference.
Sandstone is relatively brittle, and I've had some sandstone Tree of Life sculptures break when dropped. The disadvantage of MJF and HDFC is, of course, the price.
