Ring of Deadly Shadows

Magical Ring, Uncommon

This ring has three charges which come back daily at dawn. As an action, you may cast Shadow Blade, expending one of the charges. While wearing this ring, you also have advantage on all Stealth checks. 

Curse. This ring is cursed by the blood of countless innocents. Whenever an assassination is made while wearing this ring, a deep scratch appears on the surface and remains there forever - your kill count plainly visible to the world. In addition, whenever the player finishes a long rest, they must make a DC10 Wisdom save. On a failed attempt, the voices of their victims prevent any benefits of the long rest. The ring can only be removed when targeted by the remove curse or similar magic.
