Product Description

The Lockheed PV-1 Ventura was designed to replace the Hudson patrol bomber. It was a development of Lockheed's Model 18 Lodestar transport (also available from Carlos 2k10). Over 1600 were built and served with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Air Force (in small numbers as the B-37), and British Commonwealth forces. They were very fast and could sometimes outrun enemy fighters.

This model is a up-scale from our 1/200 PV-1 Ventura.
