Airsoft Field Target

This is a field target for airsoft use. To make the target drop, the rear strike plate must be hit (the red one in the photos). Hitting the large round front face plate will not drop the target. The target is adjustable with an M5 screw (not included) to allow for varying power levels. Have successfully tested it up to 2j with no damage to the target - and that was with one printed in PLA, not the stronger nylon used by Shapeways. The base has multiple mounting options and, depending on the spring you use, it can even be placed upside down and still function. Bring some variety to your next airsoft event!

The face plate measures 8cm in diameter, and the aperture for the strike plate is 3.5cm in diameter.

Other than an M5 screw, you will need an extension spring, a small screw with large threads and a length of paracord. I used a 5mm dia. x 30mm length spring, secured through the loop on the base and with a 4mm screw on the front plate. The paracord is to reset the target without going forward of the firing position.
