Product Description
Is it an earring? Is it a pendant? Can it dangle as a piercing?
The answer is "Aye!" to all of the above!
Ewart Oakeshott (1916-2002) was a British illustrator, collector, and amateur historian who wrote prodigiously on medieval arms and armour. His classification of the medieval sword, the Oakeshott typology, lives on today as the premiere work on the systematic organization of medieval weaponry.
This model is designed after what Oakeshott classified as 'Family I'.
