This is a set of parts uploaded on request. Most of the parts are meant to complete my WD Rectank model.
The set contains
(1) A pair of 2mm/N-gauge bogies at scale 5'6" wheelbase, with similar ride height and spigot hole to N-gauge society bogies  
(2) 4 x axles of 2'9" diameter 8-spoked wheels
(3) A stick of so many 5-curve-spoked brake handwheels
(4) Last but not least, and nothing to do with Rectanks, a stick of so many levers for Dean Churchward style brakes. These are tiny. Work out which way round they go and cut them out from the cage and separate them from each other one at a time with a sharp scalpel. If you left some spigot on them, that can be used to help glue them in the right place on the wagon solebar. 

For the bogies, use the spigots for NGS bogies in the WD Rectank kit. Carefully cut off either the lifting rapido-style coupler or the NEM coupler pocket, whichever you won't use. They won't fit under the wagon properly if you leave both arms that long. Clean the lifting coupler pivot arrangement with hot soapy water as many times as it takes before you try to push them flat (or lift them higher) or they will break. Reduce the bulk of the mounting point of NEM couplers if they don't go in easily, otherwise the mounts will break. It can be tricky to get these just right, so they don't break, but don't pull out too easily under load to pull a train!
Ream/drill out the pinpoint cones a bit at a time until the wheels go in and turn freely.

As the wheels lack weight, it is advisable to weight the underside of the Rectank body (or load the wagon with something suitable like a WW1 or WW2 tank of the right scale. I suggest using strips of copper, or copper wire. Although that will not be as dense as solid lead, if fitted carefully it will still be more dense overall than that toxic lead dust/fine shot stuff (known as "liquid lead") mixed with glue.
