This is a pair of the chunky base harp switch stands.
This freelance harp switch stand has a very solid base. It is intended to be "animated scenery" for O Scale (1:48) train displays. It relies on the motion of the throwbar to shift the lever arm. It's not intended to be a manual switch throw for use with turnouts. It's provided with a lever arm but 0.020" x 0.060" brass stock can also be used.

(Limitations in the 3d printing process preclude providing a target. These can be easily fashioned from suitably thin hobby materials.)
