This is a 1/40 scale Amargasaurus! An Early Cretaceous sauropod that lived in what is now South America, it's small size (for a sauropod) and neck spines make it an easily recognized animal.
There are several variations of this model in both 1/40 and 1/72 scales, making it easy for someone to create diorama scenes without much fuss.
