2d4 (then pick the highest)

In certain games (such as when using a two-handed weapon in Folklore: The Affliciton) you are directed to roll 2d4 and select the higher of the two dice. Now you can do this with only one (16-sided) die.
Rolling this one die simulates rolling 2d4 and selecting the best die of the two.
It is labelled:4 4 4 4 4 4 4 3 3 3 3 3 2 2 2 1
