The chassis is designed for a .188" (4.8mm) dia. front axle. To use with a .063" (1.6mm) dia. front axle you will need these front bushings: Link to part

Hardware required to complete chassis assembly:
(available from most reputable commercial slot car tracks/retailers)
1. (2) 3/32” x 3/16” flanged bearing recommended (can be substituted for a bronze oilite of the same size)
2. (2) 1/8” x 3/16” flanged bearing recommended (can be substituted for a bronze oilite of the same size)
3. (1) .050” dia. x 1.420” stainless steel pin tubing
4. (2) .050” dia. x .650” stainless steel pin tubing
5. Metric screws (Mcmaster-Carr is a good source for these items):
a. (4) m2 x 3 - button head cap screw
b. (3) m2 x 6 - flat head cap screw
Components required to complete your spec racer:
(available from most commercial slot car tracks/retailers)
1. (1) guide flag, 10-32 nut and shims as required for your track conditions
2. (1 pair) braid
3. (1) 18 gauge lead wire with guide clips
4. (1) 3/32” front axle
5. (1) 1/8” rear axle
6. 3/32” and 1/8" axle spacers as needed (dependent on choice of tire/rim and desired overall car width)
7. (1 pair) 1.000” diameter rear tires for 1/8” axle
8. (1 pair) 7/8” (.875”) diameter front tires for 3/32” axle
9. “Mini motor" of choice (ie. pro/slot ps-4001 & ps-4002 motor family and the jk-products "hawk" line of motors)
10. 48 pitch pinion and crown gear of choice (final drive ratio will be dependent on motor and track conditions)
