This is based on the Dakota Class Heavy Shuttle Carrier as featured in the book "Jackill's Star Fleet Reference Manual - Ships of the fleet volume II" by Eric Kristiansen. A fan-produced paperback technical manual, first published in the early 90's. So this is a completely non canon fan design.
