This kit of parts is is for converting a Mantua "General" locomotive to a Lt. Gen. Grant. This kit includes boiler, cab, stack, smokebox front, bell, and check valves. You will need the brass steam dome, sand dome, tender shell, and the cylinder parts to complete the conversion shown in the photo.
