Product Description
Low poly wolf statue standing 14cm long.
Designed and engineered to stand without support on any flat surface making it perfect for your home or office.
This low poly wolf statue is modelled on the "British Columbia wolf" a sub-species of the more well-known grey wolf. It is part of a series of drawings and 3D printed models inspired by the largest region of Coastal Temperate Rainforest left on the planet.
About the British Columbia Wolf
The British Columbia wolf lives in a narrow region that includes parts of the mainland southwestern coast and the near-shore islands that are covered with temperate rainforest, which extend from Vancouver to south-east Alaska.
Why Low Poly?
We chose the low polygon style because it depicts the form in the simplest way – a representation of how our memories of the bears, wolves and orca of this region will fade over time until we cannot see them as more than a shape in our mind.
Collaboration between illustrator, Victoria Farrand and 3D modeller, Thomas Wood.
