As a newbie designer, I've really grown fond of Shapeways in recent months. I'm planning to launch a Shapeways store soon and I'm keen on providing a personalized version of my debut product. My query is: does a process exist that allows me to send the custom model for printing, have Shapeways charge the customer, and then ship the finished item directly to them? Appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Just upload the customized file as a new item and let the customer order it. After that you can either set the item to not visible for others or even delete it completely.
