*** Sorry folks! I'm currently all booked up! :) *** Firstly, I love to build things! I love to help people build things too! I'm one of the top contributors to the Shapeways forum with thousands of post over the years helping people from around the world with their projects. I don't think anyone here at Shapeways has more years of experience with 3D modeling than myself because I've been doing it for over 30 years. The reason I've been doing it for so long is since birth, now 52 years old, I've been naturally interested in how the universe works. I'm an inventor and self-taught scientist / engineer and I started building things at around 7 years old, I'm also a sculptural artist too. So, when personal computers came along in the early 1980s I immediately jumped on that so as to increase my ability to build things using computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing software. Nowadays, I have a complete computer numerical control machine shop and numerous 3D printers! Ergo, why I'm here at Shapeways!
