2 Days down and 2 to go at 100% Design in London.
The Shapeways stand (D27) has turned out to be quite a crowd favorite at 100% Design in London, with so many designers leaving our booth exited and inspired with the possibilities opened up by Shapeways. We have met a few Shapeways users already who have taken the opportunity to come and feel all of the materials for themselves and chat about their experiences with Shapeways, a few have even brought in their Shapeways made products that they had brought to the show. 
If you are in London on Sunday 100% Design is open to the public, come and say hello to us at stand D27 in Earls Court 2.
Looks like a cool space. When’s that 100% design winner going to be announced?

I have to ask.. was the “Audio/Video Stand for iPod Touch”, in the middle of the table, 3D printed in Alumide or is it ABS Grey Robust ??
It looks so cool – mine was printed in Black Detail. (will post pics soon)
I thank anyone there on the booth who can send me some closeup pics of the 2 models

Got a lot of interest (and people putting their business cards in it too!
Pardon my french but does “people putting their business cards in it” means that retailers interested in large orders left their business card in it? or.. people thinking “hey here is a cool stand for my business cards” haha
Btw, is the show over? can the finalists expect their model shipped to them?
that’s gonna be another saga for me with UPS.. but i’ll take it anyway 🙂

Those of you who made it to 100% Design in London may have had a chance to see the desk in our booth that was constructed from 3D printed connector pieces, aluminum square tube and a standard hollow core domestic door.Sure ours was not the most expensiv
