TomBot @timbond1968 - cool - I've been meaning to get one of those watches, but I haven't yet. If you measure it, though, this custom one should work well. Make sure you account for a little extra width since it's curved, but the band probably has square edges - see the diagram in the pictures on here.

TomBot @Harli - hmm, yeah normally you would get an email from service@shapeways.com with the confirmation, and it should show up in that tab. May be a glitch in their system - I'd suggest sending them an email. As a designer, I can't actually see any customer info, but hopefully Shapeways support can sort it out. Thanks for ordering!

TomBot Today I changed the design of the clip to be about twice as thick and have a little more space inside - hopefully that will make it a lot stronger! If you have an earlier version and it broke or you're worried about it, PM me with color and shipping info and I'll send a replacement - sorry for the trouble.
