TimeSmyth Would you consider making these available with the pin already in the center? In other words: could you merge the pin and joint files by inserting the pin into the hole, filling-in the hole, and printing the part like that? My experience with rebuilding many of these figures leaves me feeling that would improve upon the original design.
Thanks!

Do you mean the diameter of the ring is to small, or the thickness?
My issue with these ankle joints is that the disc is too thick, but all the other measurements are spot-on. Maybe it has to do with manufacturing tolerances?
If we lost .25mm or .5mm off the thickness: these would work perfectly.
TimeSmyth I ordered these in blue, and cannot recommend that color; it's really closer to purple, and stands-out too much to blend with Rockman/Mega Man. I think black is really the ideal color for these parts on any figure from this series; the rest of the joints I ordered are black, and they look great.
The hole in my parts was also too small for the pin, so I had to ream it with a 7/64 (or 2.5mm) drill bit before installation.
Overall, these parts are excellent, and I'll probably be ordering more to replace all my figures' joints.
TimeSmyth I also would please like a 6-inch-scale version of this to augment the original Bring Arts figure. 6 inches (or 152mm) in length would be just about perfect, and preferably in finer-detail plastic, thank you!
TimeSmyth These are quality parts! The gritty 3D-printed texture actually makes the figure more poseable, as the texture helps the joint stay where it is placed, but it doesn't grab so much that it's difficult to move. (I also used a little silicone lubricant after installation.)
I highly recommend the black plastic for these, as white stands out too much.
The only issue I had with these parts was that the hole is too small (likely due to Shapeways tolerances) for the pin, so I had to ream them out with a 7/64 (or 2.5mm) drill bit before installation. All I did for that was hold the parts tightly with some needle-nose pliers and drill-out the hole.
As far as getting the parts in and out: creator's advice is right-on; hot water helps. After getting all the broken joint pieces out: I grabbed the pin with some pliers, held the part under hot water for a few seconds, and then just separated the joint flaps while working the pin out; the parts are kind of rubbery, so everything bends easily.

Thanks very much for clarifying about the color, and also for the tips on how to replace the parts!
TimeSmyth Can we have these in BLUE, RED, and maybe GREEN, please?
Also: a few words on how to replace these joints would be great, thanks!
TimeSmyth After disassembling these figures myself, I can affirm that the knee, bicep and ankle pins are all the same size.
I also recommend the black plastic for these parts.
