KAM Chassis Main Part 1 31,5mm (1,24") OD

This is the Main Part 1 of KAM chassis for KAM saber hilt and the first ever saber 3D-printed chassis designed for a Bluetooth module for wireless RICE! For a complete chassis you also gonna need a crystal chamber 5mm LED holder as well (Part 2). It has 31,5mm (1,24") OD so is MHS compatible (fits hilt parts from thecustomsabershop). This particular chassis is offered to be used in custom DIY builds including MHS system hilts.

Designed with a crystal chamber, working 10 bar graph and side 5mm LED switches, takes up to 2 Li-ion 18650 batteries (7,4V 18650 pack must be custom made because needs a 10mm gap between cells), fast "attach and remove" 2.1mm recharge port, hole for 3.5mm RICE port, takes any popular economy or high-end sound boards from Plecter Labs and Naigon's Electronic (has speacial designed clips to hold secure any board), also has additional sockets to hold Color Xtender and HC-05/HC-06 Bluetooth module.
This chassis DOES NOT INCLUDE following additional parts for assembling a complete chassis (you need to find and buy these parts separately):

• x5 brass laser cutted crystal chamber fins with brass spacers and 6 screws for assembly;
• x6 brass tubes to hold copper heat sink high power LED module (which is included with KAM hilt kit);
• x1 4 pin custom connector for side 5mm LED (act as a switch);
• x3 2.8mm mini-latch female brass terminals for 2.1mm recharge port (which is included with KAM hilt kit);
• x2 6x3.5x4.3mm tactile momentary Mini Pushbutton Switch (PCB-Mount, 2-Pin, SPST);
• x1 10 bar graph display terminal/holder for standard 10 bar graph displays (which is included with KAM hilt kit);
• x1 1mm OD brass rod for 10 bar graph display terminal/holder fastening;
• x1 1.3mm threaded male plug connector for fast removable pommel with build-in speaker;
• x1 1.3mm female socket for fast removable pommel with build-in speaker.
