Jimbo Tie Crane comes with 3 booms for 3 different boom positions. Also comes with set of open claws and closed claws. This set also comes with 3 used tie loads that can be used with MTL and Marklin gondolas. It also comes with 11 separate bundles of used ties. See video for assembly instructions.
