Product Description
This is a TT scale (1:120) model of an Atlantic Coast Line M-5 caboose, with the newer style split wondow cupola. The frame is connected to the body by four short runners, and will need to be cut away to build the model. No trucks or couplers are included. The model is designed for Kadee #714 or Micro-Trains 1025 couplers. The Micro-Trains couplers need a .0035" shim to be at the ideal mounting height. The couplers should hold the frame in place.
No underframe or brake detail is included.
This model has not yet been test printed, but I expect it should work reliably. No rivets are included, to facilitate sanding the surfaces. I recommend Archer or Micro-Mark rivet decals.
